We are delighted to welcome you back to the unique shopping experience at Duncan James.

First things first

To start with we will run an appointment only system allowing just 2 people in each department with the recognised social distancing in place .

Secondly

Sanitisers will be positioned throughout the store and a thorough cleaning regime will be undertaken to ensure everyone's safety. Some of our staff will be wearing protective clothing and your indulgence would be appreciated.

And finally

A member of staff will be on hand to help with any queries you may have.
